Hotel reservations can be made directly at www.royalgroup.it using the promo code "IEEE2025".  Please note that no rooms are blocked and reservations are accepted based on availablilty. The discounted room rates are:

 

  • Classic (back side view) double room for single use € 139,00 per night.

  • Classic (back side view) double room € 159,00 per night.

  • Plus  (lateral sea view) double room for single use € 159,00 per night.

  • Plus (lateral sea view) double room € 179,00 per night.

  • Superior (front sea view) double room for single use € 179,00 per night.

  • Superior (front sea view) double room € 199,00 per night.

 

The above-mentioned rates include continental buffet breakfast, 10% vat, and city tax € 5,50 per person, per night.

 

Hotel Cancellation Policy:

  • No cancellation charge until 15 days prior to the arrival date

  • In case of cancellation within 14 hours of the arrival, the hotel will charge the cost of the room for the total stay.

  • For no-show and early departure, the hotel will charge the total room night you reserved to the credit card you used.
