Important submission rules
  • Simultaneous submission of the same paper to multiple tracks or conferences is not permitted.
  • Only electronic PDF submission is accepted.
  • Technical papers must be submitted through EasyChair.
  • Accepted papers must be presented at the conference.
Camera-ready papers
Final papers must follow IEEE Computer Society Proceedings manuscript formatting. Authors should proofread and check the layout before submission. The official camera-ready upload link is currently TBA.
Page limits and extra pages
Regular, short, workshop and position papers are limited to 8, 4, 8 and 2 pages respectively, including figures, tables and references. Regular and workshop papers allow up to two extra pages; short and position papers may also use extra pages under the conference fee policy. Extra pages are charged at $150 per page.
Publication and presentation requirements
  1. Every paper accepted for publication in the proceedings must be presented during the conference.
  2. Every accepted paper must have at least one full member/nonmember registration attached to it. If all authors are students, one student author must register at the full registration rate.
Failure to meet these requirements results in removal from the conference proceedings.
Poster abstract submission
Poster abstracts are for the in-person poster session only; there is no virtual poster option. Abstracts are reviewed by the Program Co-Chairs for quality and alignment with the conference. The abstract must describe all work to be presented, be written in English as one paragraph, and contain fewer than 2000 characters. It must not include symbols, special characters, abbreviations, footnotes, references, equations or tables. Use the IEEE letter-size conference template and submit only title, author information, abstract and keywords in the PDF. Do not submit the full poster.

Accepted poster abstracts must be presented in person. Each accepted poster abstract requires a separate conference registration and does not count toward the multi-paper discount. Maximum poster size: 48 inches wide × 36 inches high.
